To provide and secure the service, to process your payment, to grant and manage your access, to provide customer support and to comply with legal and accounting obligations.
3. Payments
Card payments are handled by our payment provider. CPENZ does not store your full card number or security code.
4. Retention
We keep purchase and entitlement records for the period required for legal and accounting purposes. Historical purchase records are retained even after a refund.
5. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
