These terms govern your use of CPENZ BUSINESS IDEA, a digital service provided by CPENZ. By purchasing or using the service you accept these terms.
1. The service
CPENZ BUSINESS IDEA is a digital web application that helps you structure and evaluate a business idea through a guided, AI-assisted analysis. It produces a Business Score and a suggested next move. The Business Score is a structured analytical indicator only — it is not a prediction or guarantee of business success.
2. Account & access
You need an account to purchase and to keep your project. Access to the paid features is granted to your account after your payment is verified by our systems. Keep your login credentials secure.
3. Price & payment
CPENZ BUSINESS IDEA is a one-time payment of €17,99 (EUR). It is not a subscription and there is no recurring billing. Payments are processed by our payment provider; the amount charged matches the amount shown before payment. Any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at the payment step.
4. Immediate access & right of withdrawal
Because this is a digital service, access can begin immediately after purchase at your express request. Where you request immediate access and the service has begun, your statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply, to the extent permitted by applicable Italian and EU consumer law. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law remain unaffected.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse, copy, resell or attempt to circumvent access controls. The analysis you receive is for your own decision-making.
6. Intellectual property
The CPENZ software, brand and content remain the property of CPENZ. The project content you enter remains yours.
7. No guarantee
CPENZ does not guarantee any business outcome. The service supports your thinking and judgment; it does not replace it.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CPENZ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from decisions you make based on the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable Italian and EU law, which includes mandatory consumer protection rules.
