CPENZ BUSINESS IDEA is a digital service (one-time payment of €17,99). This policy explains cancellation, the right of withdrawal and how to reach us.
1. Digital service
CPENZ BUSINESS IDEA gives you immediate digital access to an interactive analysis system after purchase.
2. Immediate access consent
At checkout you may expressly request immediate access. Where you do so and the service has begun, your statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply, to the extent permitted by applicable Italian and EU consumer law.
3. Your mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law, including rights relating to a service that is not as described or not working as it should.
4. Technical problems & non-conformity
If you experience a technical problem, or the service does not conform to what was described, contact us and we will work to resolve it. Depending on the case and applicable law, this may include restoring access or, where appropriate, a refund.
5. How to request
Send your request — technical problem, access issue, withdrawal request where applicable, or refund request — to cpenz.business@gmail.com with your account email and order reference.
6. Records
Refunds are processed through our payment provider. Purchase records are retained historically for audit and accounting even when a refund is made.
